Starcraft or Half Life 2
Bah!
So I will be doing a lot of traveling on trains soon and need some enjoyment.
I have decided that in addition to audiosurf, I'll install either HL2 or Starcraft.
NEED ADVICE AS TO WHICH TO PICK.

Be a man, install both.
Or be a bigger man, get a good laptop, and install TF2.

Starcraft, because watching 200 Zerglings raid 7 bases under invulnerability is awesome.

Starcraft. Dark Swarmed Hydralisks are just epic.
HL2 is good if you can install all the chapters and if you've never played through it all, but it's just not as solid as Starcraft.

You'll get much more enjoyment out of HL2 than SC, simply because SC is a game you'd want to play online vs people, whereas HL2 is like....omg

Yes. A keyboard as well, if that makes a difference

Take your pick then, either will be good stuff. More replay value in SC, though.

Almost leaning towards SC. I played both for about an hour today...
I'm still good at SC, but it's pretty dated looking.
HL2 is pretty much "fckkkkkk yes" but Steam is a RED ENGINE GORED ENGINE GORED ENGINE GORED ENGINE GORED ENGINE GO of a program.
I have to go around for about....30 hours of traveling on a train. HL2 I assume is the collective verdict here?

For 30 hours on a train, I'd say Starcraft. Install it, then google search up custom maps and download a bunch of them (make sure that they're rated well, if the site you get them off of has a peer review system). Custom maps for SC range from mini-campaigns to rpgs to standard maps that are just really, really cool.
